Open Studio Nights are offered in collaboration with Kimbrough Nutrition, for the young-at-heart in our community, and are held every third Thursday of the month from 5-8 p.m. at The Nest!
This isn’t a workshop or a how-to. Rather, it’s a special opportunity to play, explore and create in community, along with other aspiring artists, makers and arts-and-crafts enthusiasts!
Bring your own project or explore the materials in our space. There is no set fee, though donations are always welcome.
Reach out for details and to reserve your spot. We’d love to create with you!
During this special Open House Event, twenty south Austin schools, including The Nest, will be hosting simultaneous Open Houses at their respective locations providing Austin families an opportunity to visit schools, meet school owners and explore alternative education options for their child. Children are welcome at this FREE event, and no RSVP is necessary. Details and updates can be found on our Facebook page and on Instagram @smallschoolsofsouthaustin.
The Nest is honored to be a part of the Small Schools of South Austin collective, a collaborative group of small school owners supporting one another in running unique educational programs, serving infants through adolescents, with full and part-time options, within and for the South Austin community.
